Music Evolution is aggressively seeking to add a top-notch, OUTSIDE SALES PROFESSIONAL passionate about Audio, Music, and Sound and who has achieved aggressive sales quotas in technology products and services.  We are looking for that unique sales individual with the intellect of an engineer along with high energy, enthusiasm, drive and sense of urgency. 


In this role, your initial emphasis will be Audio Equipment Sales…i.e. Speakers, Amplifiers, Processors, Accessories, and the like.  It will be your duty to scout for leads, act on those leads, and close.  After becoming more familiar with our business structure and other services, you will than have the opportunity to enjoy higher commission margins selling our intangibles…i.e.  Sound Systems Design & Integration Services (Residential/Commercial), Audio Equipment Rentals, Recording Studio Services, Live Sound Engineering & Staging Services, among others.


Working for Music Evolution as an OUTSIDE SALES PROFESSIONAL, you will have the luxury of creating your own hours.  You will be based at the convenience of your home.  Laptop and cell phone are provided to those individuals who show promising results during the first 90 days.   





The ideal candidate must be eager, willing to learn, and ready to sell all of our services (tangibles and intangibles).  These include:  Sound Systems Design & Integration Services (Residential/Commercial), Audio Equipment Sales & Rentals, Recording Studio Services, Live Sound Engineering and Staging Services, etc… 


The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of B2B and B2C sales experience, cold calling experience a must, some knowledge of industry standard audio equipment, and must be able to create newsletters and PowerPoint presentations.  AutoCAD proficiency, AV installations knowledge, and bilingual are a definite plus.


The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple sales and projects.

Enthusiastic, dedicated, professional, presentable, eager, passionate, reliable, great communication skills, willing to learn personality, no hold back and not so easy give-up attitude, computer literate, should have internet access at home, candidate must have a vehicle for travel, not fear cold calling, outgoing, networked, Excellent sales closing skills, superior customer relationship building skills, ambitious, success-oriented, high sense of urgency, high tenacity, technical skills and technical aptitude, experience in making building plan take-offs and preparing estimates
